We have five dogs so semi live in this shop ,i prefer this shop to the other competitor because of certain brands and bag sizes . The staff are always polite and helpful and prises are much the same

Really well stocked store with great range of products we have a big dog it's great to find a pet shop that has heavy duty dog toys that actually last the person serving helped set up my VIP account wich was really great as stuff like that is not something I'm that good at so I really appreciated the time they took to help me go through that.I really enjoyed seeing the rabbits too.

Good store. Large and well laid out. The lighting is good, it is nice and bright and has a calm and welcoming feel to it.The car park is large and free.Access is good for wheelchair and buggy users - the aisles are wide and not cramped with lots of things, like some of the other pets at home stores.The animal sections are well laid out.Just a shame I couldn't get any wax worms, it looks like this store doesn't sell them.Didn't engage with any staff as they were busy helping others, but they seemed friendly enough.There is a groom room here and a vet.

Very limited fish supplies, but the Tropical fish and tank deco selection is decent. Yes, staff and services are fine, but returning to see dead fish or to return multiple failing motors doesn't instill much confidence.

Popped in to buy my cat a new carrier. The lady on the till was super friendly and helpful! Pointed me in the right direction of where the carriers were and also helped recommending one to suit what I needed. Very happy with the purchase, £27 for a decent quality carrier which also included a food bowl that attaches to the door grill and also comes with a comfy mattress. I thought it was an absolute bargain. One of the nicer pets at home stores I've been to :)

Brilliant service from both the groomers and shop floor team. Our dog looks gorgeous and Tom and the other staff in the shop were really knowledgeable and helpful about flea treatments.

I took advantage of the 50% discount offer on the PAH app for a puppy groom. I couldn't book my local store as they were booked up for months so travelled a bit further out. They give them a wash & blow dry, trim the paws and around the eyes and cut his nails. My puppy seem very relaxed and happy when I picked him up, and it was useful to get feedback on how he had been throughout. The only slight disappointment was that his beard was still stained brown, I didn't realise this was an extra cost, which I would have been happy to pay if I'd known.

This is a huge Pet Shop, they have Guinea Pigs & Rabbits and other small mammals but also some reptiles and even Praying Mantis, when I went in recently. Great parking and location, good prices and a wide selection of live food. Highly recommended.
