Nearly always opens late. It is supposed to open at 7:30, often not open until 7:34 or even later. Certain staff have no real interest in serving customers or supporting new staff. New staff not shown how to use the tills properly or how to set the card machine. I had to leave behind food this morning. One member of staff was busy serving another customer, the other thought it more important to butter bread than ask me what I wanted. I was stood several minutes waiting to be served. I ended up having to abandon my purchase because the new staff member could not work the card machine, as I had a bus to catch to work. I had tried to support this business by choosing to buy from them, but no longer they have lost my custom. I would not recommend them at all.

Ask a member of staff to stop smoking in bus station doorway the indoor bit that’s against the law she had to move by about 3 feet but instead she lost it and called me a fat C I would never use this cafe again in my life if that’s the type of people they employ

Zero hygiene. Staff handling till and money, cleaning floors and walls then directly touching and preparing customers food with the same unwashed hands, no gloves, NOTHING! Disgraceful. Could not eat my food after this happened right in front of my eyes, not only with my breakfast order but with all the other customers being served while I was there too. The two active staff were seen doing this whereby one of them was the manager! Will never eat there again and warn people not to. Please teach these people hygiene health and safety guidelines before allowing them to work with food!!!!

Sausages and hash browns were hard as a rock, beans wasn’t on point , the egg was the only thing nice I guess it’s because it was fried at the moment.

Don't listen to your order, miserable staff who clearly would rather talk to each other than do jobs. Touching till money then went straight to preparing my sandwich with no gloves or anything

Caffe is fake here I took coffee and it is colorless, it has no coffee flavor at all, steal, put a little and the rest water, I will report to the audit for control

Extremely unfriendly saleswomen！She told me that the coffee is only allowed for taking away at approximately 4:20 as their closing time is 5:30 and four people were still sitting and talking in the shop.Why？Is it because that I have put my heavy bags to the chair firstly?Or Racial discrimination?

Some of the food is very good, lots of nice things hot and cold food, drinks, cakes and pastries etc, but that's all. I bought a pork and stuffing sandwich, which was bland and tasteless. Service is something else. Can only agree with other reviewers. It costs roughly 30p extra to eat inside, staff are surly and for some unknown reason, from about 2pm onwards, no hot food and takeaway service only.

Absolutely shocking. The worst cup of coffee I have ever had. One sip and straight in the bin.Asked if I could have some change for the bus and was told they got none but I seen lots in the till. Such a terrible and horrible place with just as bad staff.Wish I could give a zero star

Had to give this 1 star as zero stars isn't an option to choose, but i would like to say that this is one of the rudest places I've ever been too in my life. The first time we sat in the establishment we were subjected to the lady behind the counter advising us that they were closing the dining area soon so if we could please hurry up as its only going to be takeaway only and thats the politest way to put it in a reveiw so we just left our drinks and went elsewhere so we thought maybe its just the odd occasion experiencing this rudeness so we decided to chance it again so we bought our drinks and food and sat down to over hear the same lady shouting to 2 young people around the age of 16 embarrassing them fully as the girl at the till forgot to charge them for sitting inside and she made sure they returned to the counter to pay the extra and the whole of the cafe had to watch 2 16 year olds be so humiliated and shortly after this we were told by a member of staff to move tables as she wanted to clean the side we were at and close it again we just upped and left the establishment. My mum is disabled and has diabetes and was having a hypo attack and needed a drink asap so we today stopped off quickly to get her a drink and this is at 1.30pm that she cant sit down its take away only as they need to clean establisment so we went elsewhere. This place is a rude place which seems to me the staff want to just clean up quickly and shut the inside of the cafe down. Im dissapointed that customers come second to the staff wanting to shut the place up i thought as a business making money would come first but not here! This reveiw will probably be overlooked by the management but if other customer start getting the same vibes then this establishment will get a poor name for itself to match the standard of service supplied to the paying public!!
