Been here twice now, great service each time. Quick, precise, weren't rough with me or painful like I've heard other salons can be, and were able to give me exactly what I wanted with a smile even during busy times. All staff seemed very friendly, and the place is very nice in general.

I am very pleased with my acrylic infills. Visiting The Lakes on holiday from Australia I had no local knowledge but this place had appointments available at short notice and the service was excellent.

I really am very impressed with my new nail's, certainly the best & most natural looking acrylics I've ever had. The technicians are clearly very experienced here & total perfectionists, couldn't be happier & will return.

After our first visit today to Hollywood nails. We are really impressed at how much effort they put in to ensure we were happy with our nails. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter so pleased with her nails and said they were insta worthy! And they truly were. Thanks again Anthony. We will be seeing you again soon xx

Not the best. Environment is a little messy and the atmosphere was negative. Had an issue with one of the nail technicians when they attempted to manhandle one of my fingers. I have a disability and this means that my finger does not straighten fully, this was explained prior to appointment. I ended up in a lot of pain with my hand and this seemed to irritate the technician. I received no information on the aftercare of my nails. Will not be going again.

Felt like I was in a sweat shop. Had gel nails applied Saturday, They had already chipped by Tuesday. All previous gel nails have lasted weeks faultlessly.
