Fantastic service! Had two MTBs serviced, plus various bits on both - crank change, rear rotors etc. Bikes picked up from home, delivered back to home, shiney and working better than ever. AllVelo also use a great, seamless invoice / approval service via HubTiger. You don't need the app - you get a SMS message with a link and from your browser you just select which items to go ahead with / pay for. Kev also passed on loads of info on what to do / look for with adjustments etc. Can't recommend enough!

Kevin took a lot of time and trouble finding the best way of changing my very noisy Hope hub for one that is much quieter. He rebuilt the back wheel to retain the rim and sourced silver parts to maintain my bike's classic appearance. An excellent result and a very professional job. I am very happy with the care and attention taken by Bikebase and will definitely use them again.

My Road Bike developed a minor problem with the rear Disc Brake, Rachel efficiently organised a time to pop it down, where Kevin quickly diagnosed & resolved the issue whilst I waited and also gave me some great advice. First class, efficient & friendly service, I thoroughly recommend and will be back in the future.

Amazing service. Cannot thank Kevin and Rachel enough. I was on my way to work when something went wrong with my bike! I managed to push my bike the rest of the way and Kevin and Rachel promptly came to my work place to diagnose and fix the issue! Friendly and reasonably priced. Will 100% recommend and be using them again. Thank you guys!
