Orchard & Shipman have been fully managing my flat (let to the local council via the OS) since 2010 and they have provided a top standard of services. There have been some good tenants and some challenging ones in these years but my property manager Marcela had helped me to handle some difficult issues in a claim and professional way. Much appreciated!

I rented my home through Orchard and Shipman just over a year ago. The staff from the property agent to the team in the office are great; very helpful.The referencing process was nice and simple. Fault reporting is easy and the office team see it through to completion.I'd recommend them so anyone wanting to rent a house.

We were very happy with the outstanding service provided by Orchard & Shipman and in particular, Laura Bullivant our regional manager.All of the various admin procedures and paperwork were handled in a timely and professional manner and I can't rate this company as landlords high enough.Well done.

Orchard and Shipman were very helpful in helping us to find the right house for me and my husband after months of searching. They were polite friendly and was always ready to help with any questions or queries that we had. They are very prompt with responses and go above and beyond to make sure we the tenants were and are happy with everything. Our house is amazing and with there help we are now in a lovely family home and can't thank them enough.

My overall experience is great so far with Orchard & Shipman. I had the annual property inspection a few days ago from Katie Clark, who was very friendly and helpful. She carried out the inspection with respect and thoroughly! Katie spent time to listen our concerns and was very cooperative with us! I hope to see you again at the next Inspection!! Thank you!

The estate agents themselves were quite good and helpful with queries I had, but not as efficient as others I have dealt with. They were friendly enough and Jas was good to work with, but not very responsive with queries via phone. The main issue I experienced with them was the credit referencing company they use. They were slow, intrusive and were frustrating to work with. The entire process from viewing the property to moving in has taken over two months which I found unacceptable.I think if they changed their credit referencing process it would solve a lot of the issues I faced.Laura has been especially helpful 6 months into our tenancy ensuring the property is all in good order. She was efficient and solved any issues we had.

This is the second time I have rented a house through Orchard and Shipman, and both times I have found any member of staff that I have had contact with to be very helpful and professional. In particular, Jas Patel has been so helpful throughout the entire referencing/paperwork stage, emailing me straight back if I have had any queries, and keeping me informed as to what was needed from myself. I can’t thank them enough for the speed of service and how friendly they have been. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

The service I received while renting a property through O&S has been great. Marcela was my main point on contact and was very professional and friendly and helped me with my hundreds of questions on the lead up to moving in. Through the tenancy they've been very good with any issues I've experienced and contacted me to follow up on things and make sure everything was resolved. Overall I would happily recommend Marcela and Orchard and Shipman.

This was my first time dealing with Orchard & Shipman and I couldn’t thank my property manager, Angela Cressey, enough! Through every hurdle I came across, she always offered her professional help to get to the outcome I was seeking. She always went out of her way to be very responsive (even offered out of hours advice when it was needed). From start to finish the experience was amazing. If you are looking for a property through Orchard & Shipman, I would totally recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Carla Smith has been absolutely fantastic in all our house needs, also a friendly neighbour.Office staff have been polite but at the beginning of our tenancy, some were quite abrupt and rude, we also had a rent increase which left us £4.34 in arrears and you'd of thought we were months behind with the amount of emails, but I guess that's just business. On the whole good, but as I said Carla Smith is fantastic and a incredible asset to Orchard Shipman.
