I booked a Taxi to take us to Nottingham on Saturday 4th November this year as well as a return journey later that evening. The service was excellent. We received a call each time to inform us where our taxi was and an approximate time for collection. We were also informed when our taxi had arrived together with the ability to actually speak with the driver. Both drivers were very good and couldn't do enough for us. I paid for both journeys in advance and I immediately received a receipt for each one on my phone. The whole process was very simple and very convenient. I couldn't fault it at all and I will definitely be using DG in the future. Many thanks

My taxi driver was amazed being disabled he took his time and waited for me. I ask fo my taxi to be 6:50pm he came in 6:25pm and instead of cancelling the call he waited till i showed up. Open the door for me and made sure I was comfortable for the whole journey home. He went beyond his call of duty and would give him more stars if it was possible.

My second trip with DG in a few days and coincidentally it was the same friendly driver who remembered me from the previous trip. As usual the cab was on time and reasonably priced.

I had booked the car days in advance and it was perfectly on time , the driver was very friendly and helpful and the car was very clean and nice , would totally use again and recommend to my friends and family

Great service, arrived on time and drivers felt safe.Only issue is they don't carry a card reader. However driver was very accomidating and took us to a cash point as we where not made aware of this ahead of time.

I booked a taxi 3 days in advance for 730pm tonight for an event we were going to. By 745pm, nothing had turned up so in the end had to drive as we were already going to be late. Called DG on the way to be told they can dispatch a car and it'll be 15 min - which would've meant 30 min late from the original time. No apology or acknowledgement of my frustration. The excuse given was that they were busy because of the rain and short of drivers. Not my problem. I purposefully booked this taxi way in advance for a special event. If you know you're not going to make the booking - you contact your customer and let them know. At least if they'd have called in advance telling us they weren't going to be able to make our booking, we could've done something about it and been on time for our event. The lack of courtesy and empathy was appalling. Really unimpressed.

Fab service. Reliable, trustworthy. Safe travel and confirmation texts of booking and then prior to arriving for pick up. Friendly and trustworthy drivers who get you to your destination safely.
