Awsome. First hour or so of any kind of training for years , loved it . All nice people and all made me feel welcome. Only problem was I couldn't walk for two days after lol , that's exactly why I need to go again. And will be.

Fantastic hot yoga session today. Well taught, inclusive and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more. They went out of their way to deliver.

Love Jolly sailor Cross Fit!The coaches are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but not pushy or showy.The other members have been friendly, welcoming and keen to help rather than make you feel subordinate. I stopped by for ‘drop in’ WODs on 4 occasions during a holiday in Falmouth. I’m only a few months into doing Crossfit but felt welcome and enjoyed the workouts, will come back next time I’m in that part of the world.

I started Fundamentals at Jolly Sailor CrossFit and I thought it was brilliant and after that session I was like I want to go again I got got myself a membership there the instructors are brilliant and the other people who as well they helped me a lot they are a great bunch of people and that's why I think that's the best!! If your thinking of getting fit then Jolly Sailor CrossFit is perfect place to get fit!! Come and join us!!!!

I have been cruising Devon and Cornwall in my van the whole summer and had many drop in sessions in different CF boxes. I would say that my visit at this one was a big disappointment. Coach wasn’t clear about the workout, but as he said briefly what it is, he was doing his own thing. loads of new people attended this class whose technique in the moves was poor and coach didn’t bother checking anyone, correcting anyone etc, there was no support or interest whatsoever. also there were a few people including me for the first time so there was no HI or BYE to the newbies, or intro…I have no idea what was the name of the coach. I just felt that coach said the WOD and did his own thing whatever it was. Shame because I love attending new boxes and having a great impression and uniqueness if each. However not this time.
