We called them at 2pm on a Friday needing 2 tyres and a full set of brake pads due to an MOT fail. They got the car straight in and it was done by 5.45pm for a really reasonable price. Excellent work Alex!

All staff very pleasant and smiling. I was taken to my car and the service engineer explained what he was going to do as he had identified a dangerous tire. So he was going to replace this tire immediately and then swap wheels around. Left with 2 new front tires.

I was in desperate need of having my vans alternator replaced as I cannot work with my van off the road. They booked me in the very next day on a leave it with us and we'll fit it in when we can basis. They completed the 2 hour job within 5 hours of me leaving it and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and their treatment of me. A big thank you! I cannot recommend them highly enough

Lovely hard working guys! There was a bit of a wait but it was later on in the day so expected. I had an almost flat tyre so being able to book online for the same day was great! A great bunch of guys and hard workers.

Awesome service. Pulled up as both my main beams had gone. As I was parking up one of the mechanics asked why I had arrived, I explained within 10 minutes both bulbs changed, paid and out! Awesome service will definitely come back again!

Poor poor indeed, booked my car in over the telephone with a member of staff who advised price over the phone, only to be told once I got there that the price given was incorrect and double what was quoted. No apology at all, the staff were not bothered in finding a solution or helping me in any way even though I had taken a day of work to take my car to the Daybrook garage. There was three men in reception just looking at me when I was asking for an explanation has to how this could happen even though they had my registration number and all the relevant details. They all made me feel very uncomfortable indeed. No compassion, or an ounce of decent customer service from this garage. Should be ashamed.
