LAR Acupuncture & Wellbeing

I have been having acupuncture with Larissa for a few months now to help my migraines. I was suffering very badly with a least weekly migraines as well as daily headaches, this is now considerably reduced and I have been 27 days without a migraine (this is a miracle for me). Larissa is always incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and I have always felt very confident in the extra precautions being taken due in order to protect everyone from Covid.

Not only is Larissa incredibly kind and caring, she is extremely knowledgeable too. I have had countless acupuncture and aromatherapy massages with her and have enjoyed every minute. Every session is so relaxing you literally don’t want it to end.

I compete in strength sports (Strongwoman) and went to Larissa with an old lower back injury that has never fully cleared off, along with a shoulder issue causing me some pain on overhead lifts, and some anxiety issues (what a bundle I am! Hah).Only 2 sessions in and there is a marked difference in back and shoulder pain, to the point that it's all but gone, and my anxiety levels immediately dropped back to far more relaxed levels. This in turn has helped my training, restfulness and mindset. She's lovely, knowledgeable and provides a very comfortable environment. 100% recommended.

Developed eczema after exposure to chemicals. Suffered for 10 months before visiting Larissa. After 6 visits I’m almost completely clear. Tried so many other treatments, but acupuncture was the only thing that has given me lasting results. Friendly service and great value.

Larissa doesn't simply provide acupuncture. She is an amazing therapist and wellbeing practitioner and her treatments have had amazing results on me. Her clinic is beautiful and I feel better just by walking in!
