Premier Blinds

Absolute shambles of a company. Came out to measure and fitted them all on time no messing, although 2 out of the 4 blinds where to small the fitter fitted them lower down. Contacted the page using their contact form and booked in for someone to come out and look at them, no one turned up aparently went to the wrong address. Rearranged and the man didnt know what i was complaining about and when I told him his reply we dont fit blinds to the very top of the window!! When the other 2 are fitted there. He said he would speak to the manager and i would recieve a call later that day or the day after no call recieved. When I phoned back up they arranged for a different man to come out who re measured the windows and the cords as theu are 6ft from the floor way to high! Got a call saying they would be back to take tracjs and blinds back to the shop to fix issues no one showed in agreed time as he had made a boo boo his words. I phoned asked for a refund which they cant give unless manager agrees, I emailed the manager who said would look in to the issue as he had no idea this was going on to be told the next day no refund would be given. He wants to send out the original measure and fitter to re measure which would be the 3rd time windows where measured. Asked him why no refund would be given and informed him i was waiting for trading standards to get back in touch, also questioned why theu would have to be measured for a 3rd time as they have been measured 6 days before, recieved no reply. No customer service, no one seems to know whats going on, I have tried for 3 weeks to get them sorted may as well just throw my money away. Will never use again and would rate it a zero stars but you cant. Made to measure they say they just might not me made to fit yoir windows!!! Stitching also coming away on them. Dont waste your money go with another company who will get it right first time. Wish I had gone with another company who I have used in the past.

Came to measure up for blinds, great service. They were ready 3 week later and came to fit them. We are happy with the finished Blinds’s and are planning for some more blinds

Top job. Had 6 blinds fitted by a charming guy named craig who was the ultimate professional. Arrived early, but phoned before to ask if it was ok, then fitted the blinds in approximately 30min. Definitely use these people again. Thank you Craig

Being honest I was abit weary after reading a few of the reviews about people not turning up etc, but never had this problem at all. The man come out I think last Thursday to measure up, took the deposit and booked me in for today (Monday). Lovely fella who comes out to your house and does his job, quick at what he does so you’re not waiting around for hours because he’s faffing about. Literally in and out within half an hour which is ideal for me, also rang when he was on his way as he promised. Love the blinds made up with them, hopefully I don’t have any problems in the future. Also like how they have the child safety clip on the string that you open them with. Honestly didn’t know this was a thing but a very good idea! Only things I’d probably suggest is the advertisement where you get so many blinds for a certain price, it doesn’t state on that advert that if the windows are over 6ft they’re classed as 2 windows not 1.

Excellent service and quality. Measured up and given very reasonable quote on Friday 3rd December. Blinds fitted on Friday 10th December. Friendly professional service from the pleasant young lady on the phone to the helpful chap who measured and fitted them. Really good service with excellent product. Really pleased.

Ordered payed and fitted 3 blinds look good but within 2 weeks one blinds pull string fell apart and top cover is loose no big deal I thought but premier is only premier in collecting money not customers service still no help or response in the last 2 weeks so my advice look elsewhere.at a professional blind company

Had blinds fitted in my flat, went with a recommended colour and blackout option to which I’m glad I did, colour compliments the decor and blocks out day light, very handy if you work nights. Had only one issue which was not the company’s fault, and was all taken car of by the company. Would recommend to anyone tbh and I will certainly be back again. Thank you.

Just had new blinds fitted always use Premier Blindsvery good service and price. Plus the gent that fittedmine was very polite made up.

Made an appointment for the guy to come and measure up, was given a price there and then. Lots of choices of materials and woods. 3 weeks later Phil came back to fit them in 3 rooms and I'm so pleased with them. He is a lovely friendly man and also very professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend
