After many years of not fully looking after my hair

I first found this salon back in 2020 when I returned from the Middle East and was living in the New Forest in Southampton. Natalie had to completely colour correct and treat my hair over a few appointments as it was in such bad condition and looked awful. Since that time I have been going every 4 weeks to keep it looking and feeling the best it can be. Natalie is an amazing hairdresser and the salon and the rest of the team are just lovely. The team are so attentive from the moment that you walk in the door to the moment that you leave. About 18 months ago I moved to Surrey which is an hour away from the Salon, but I still travel there for my hair as I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My hair always looks and feels amazing everytime that I leave there, and is in the best condition it could be in. I couldn't recommend Elite Salon, Natalie and the rest of the staff more.

Nicole has transformed me today! What a gifted woman she is. I wasn't the easiest client, having not been to a hairdressers in years and doing it myself. I was bottle bleached and have a lot of hair. I was a little anxious about going because it's not on my usual agenda getting my hair done professionally. Nicole was incredibly lovely, talked me through everything she was doing, we had a good gossip and the 4.5 hours flew by! Her colleagues all seemed lovely too. Especially nice for one of them to comment on how lovely my hair had turned out. Which indeed it has. I am beyond thrilled. Elite and Nicole will be frequently visited by me in the future. Thank you so much for making me feel and look fabulous! and have the best holiday, you obviously work hard so deserve it!

I’ve been having my haircut at Elite for years with Dean and he and the whole staff are amazing. Incredibly professional, wonderfully creative and inspiring. I always leave feeling a million dollars. My older children (12 & 15) now have their hair cut there too and they love it.

My mum first started getting her hair cut by Dean earlier this year and it had never looked better. I decided to follow suit and see what could be done with mine. Dean has completely transformed my hair and I'm so grateful. 100% would recommend!

I love coming here. The environment is always really welcoming and it's clear that all the stylists know their stuff. It's lovely to see that lots do their training there. I have Nicole and she always sits me down before we start to go through her ideas. I know nothing about hair so she explains the best she can so I understand. She makes professional suggestions. She makes me feel really relaxed and allows me to chill! The rest of the team are always on hand for support. Recently, Nicole and Anna did a fantastic job of washing, blow-drying and curling 6 bridesmaids and myself as the bride the morning of my wedding. Fitted us in and made us all look and feel wonderful.

Having been a client of Elite for many years now, I can honestly say it is the best Salon for making you feel amazing! The experience and talent of all the stylists is second to none. I would highly recommend xx
