Great service, quick delivery!

Good points: Competitively priced reseller of quality furniture.Available ahead of schedule, even given the Christmas shutdown period.Bad points: Delivery was about 30 hours late! Waited in all day for delivery which never turned up. When I phoned them, they said there had been an issue and were not going to make it. They said I should have had a call to be notified but I never received a call. Promised again to be first on the route the next day (11am arrival from their base). Finally turned up at almost 4pm. I expect that for most commercial customers this would not be an issue, but as a domestic customer it's a big deal. But it's okay, they apologised! :-P Delivery people wouldn't carry it up the stairs for me either. There were no assembly instructions with the desk. To be fair, I asked the manufacturers Elite and they said there weren't any. My vast experience of assembling Ikea furniture stood me in good stead though.

Great range of furniture for the office. You can get everything you need e.g. desks, chairs, storage and the delivery is usually free.

Ordered a desk for my personal office at home, received it on time and well packaged. Was very happy with the free delivery they offer for such a large item. Will be recommending them to my main office for future office equipment orders. Customer Service was very swift with response with any questions I had. I'd recommend them as they do have better prices than other Office Equipment retailers I could find.

Friendly efficient staff

I ordered two office partitions. They arrived in a different colour than what I chose and they refused to offer to take them back so I could re-order. They said it was in the Terms and Conditions. So I am now left with two partitions that will not be used, which were not cheap either. I have never known a company not to take back the product. Very unhelpful. Please be careful when ordering from this company or at least ask for a photo of the material before you agree to the order. Delivery was also very late!

Good range of office equipment

I ordered an office chair from this company for over £150.00 which turned out to be unfit for purpose, the back rest bends in all directions due poor design/build quality and the arm rests, which cannot be adjusted, are too low to rest on whilst typing.The seller refused to exchange the chair, some how implying that it was my fault for not supplying them with my height and weight...not the way to treat paying customers.My guess is that they don't actually stock much, as they use this excuse to get out of exchange/refund/return.As a procurement officer, i will now make it my mission to find a new supplier for our office supplies.
