Great for booking holidays I booked for my son's 21st birthday and took him to Tenerife and I could not complain about anything the hotel was clean all the time the food was great so I've booked again for the same hotel for next year.

Appalling customer service, once they've sold you the holiday they are not interested in helping you. I phoned with a question regarding my up coming trip I was told someone would phone me back but never did.i will notuse again and will not recommend
