Lovely place with amazing food! So much flavour in every dish!The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.I'd definitely come back again.Value for money is spot on!

We went to Zizzi for a company dinner. We enjoyed several table starters as well as individual plates. The food was fantastic and we had great service. Among our dishes was lasagna, and one of their new specials and ask were very good. The lasagna was served in a piping hot pan and took quite a bit of time to cool. Be very careful to let it cool if you order this dish! We had a great overall experience.

FoodI ordered a pasta dish with King Prawns and Salmon. It was overwhelmingly disappointing! It tasted and looked like it was frozen food, pinged in the oven and voila! It tasted bland, less than a handful of King Prawns and the only taste you could pick up was the Salmon, which I didn’t want lingering in my mouth for too long!DessertThe Cherry ice cream was delightful and beautiful to both look at and eat. Served in a matte finished cocktail glass with a gentle drizzle, it was the best thing I had in Zizzi all night - better than the main meal itself!MocktailsA good selection on offer.Ambience/AtmosphereIt was lovely right from the beginning, not too loud and not too quiet, a good balance. Good choice of colours inside and lovely plants adorned around the restaurant (fake as they may be).ServiceThe service was great - in particular, we had a girl serve us called “Amelia” - she was lovely; very polite, courteous and engaging - she is a credit your establishment.HygieneGood hygiene standards all round, including the washrooms.All in all, it was a good experience, but it was the quality of the food that let you down - had the food been good it would’ve been 5 stars, alas, it is only 3 stars.Personally, I would only return for the desserts and maybe some coffee.

This review is for delivered food not the restaurant. Had an order with Zizi. Order was deliver 1.5 later. Called them around 1 hour mark only to be told by Zizi employee it is not there problem. The food looked like it was kicked around, called again only to be told if i do not like it to go claim it back and don't order"."

Today we placed an order for home delivery. This was a mistake. I ordered Truffle & Pancetta Carbonara pasta. The pasta was not the type indicated on the menu in the photo and not what was served in the restaurant. the pasta was very overcooked, and the mushrooms were such huge and inaccurate pieces. My experience ordering at home was disappointing. It’s better to come to the restaurant itself and then they probably won’t bring you leftovers from yesterday. I had to throw the pasta away.

We had 3 different servers which was strange but the last server was amazing.The sharing platter we had definitely took the cake and was the highlight of the dinner.The toilets were very impressive.Only reason it's not 5 stars as the food took over 40 min to arrive and we feared we would miss our movie.

Great food, spolit by being told that we had our table for 90 minutes before we had even sat down. Then being told abruptly by our waitress, that I needed to place my card on the back of the reader to pay. I didn't quite understand so she repeated it again without any account for my feelings. I suffer with acute anxiety, and she made me feel terrible, no doubt she didn't give it another thought, apart from silly old woman, but it ruined my evening
