Highly recommend stay clear. There reports are fake. Customer service is rubbish. Bought a car, when went to collect realises bonnet doesn't open. Checked report and was shocked to see report stating engine checked. Did absolutely nothing to solve the issue. Ended up losing 5k. Aston barclay and wms have 1 policy once paid then who cares. Been reported to trading standards

Magnificent auction centre. Very modern and very professional. Huge selection of cars to fit anyone's budget. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Huge car park and easy to find

Very good auction house miles better than BCA staff friendly and very helpful all cars are valeted aand comes with AA report and as seen too in live auction really good

Staff very appalling on the front desk... If there was a option zero star, that is what they would get.. Now in Wakefield staff there very good friendly and helpful.. Donnington park could learn a thing or two

The new site is fantastic to look at and go to, everywhere is clean and well laid out, buyers fees are reasonable, stock range is good, amount of sales a week is good.Couple negatives some parts are pretty unorganized. delivery takes 7 days + both times i've purchased cars even though was promised 2 days both times, and you won't get a call to say there has been a problem.Hidden online fees, Its £40+vat to use live bid.there is no warning that there is a reserve set on a car, so if you bid on one and it doesn't meet reserve you either wait around or have to travel again to collect it.Hopefully they address the issues above and i can change it to 5*

Stay away from this fraudulent place.Purchased a vehicle on an apparent private registration plate, in which the owner kept certificates but never changed the reg.Drove it home but if stopped by police, would’ve been driving on illegal plates.Called for clarification, receptionists think they’re barristers but the managers are a bit more empathetic with the situation but they’re saying “it was advertised with the original plate, but sold physically with false plates and that’s fine”, nor will they actually make the CORRECT plates to put on the vehicle either?They must think they’re Tory MPs the way the law doesn’t apply to them…

All the staff where very friendly & helpfully.Vehicles where fetching silly money though, with dealers paying well above the trade price
