Turn The Tide Counselling with Karen Frances

Karen is an amazing councilor. She is very direct but non judgmental in her approach. There is a a feeling of safety in the environment she provides which facilitates your journey. What I personally loved about working with her is that she did not necessarily pointed out the problems/traumas but she let me discover how these are connected to my behaviour as an adult.
