Visiting from overseas in last few weeks and rented two cars in that time from the Bury St Edmunds branch.Really good, easy to deal with, no hidden catches and good quality cars. Kieran was easy to deal with and explained everything fully with the after hours drop service very convenient. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service at Practical Bury St Edmunds from Kieran. Super efficient when picking up the van, very friendly and really helpful on all counts. Van was great too, worked a treat and more efficient on fuel than i expected it to be. Definitely recommend.

Amazing car and fantastic customer service. I came to Practical needing a flexible hire following a car accident, and Kieran couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. He provided me with a fabulous 22-plate Kia Niro, which I ended up driving for 2-months, at a very reasonable rate. Kieran kept my hire rolling every week, and stayed in touch to make sure everything was okay. He even drove me to the station when I brought the vehicle back! I highly recommend this branch and company.

Extremely efficient service from Practical. From booking to collection, everything was handle with professionalism. They even took time to sort out a slow puncture on my own vehicle that I left on site so it was safe for me to drive on my return. I would thoroughly recommend Practical without hesitation.

Would highly recommend. Very professional service, and well looked after vans. When we arrived, it was freezing cold, and the van was running so it would be warm and defrosted for us when we got in. Booking and collecting were quick and easy, drop off simple, too. Would certainly use again, incredibly pleased to have found.
