We were met by Bernie at the store and honestly what a great experience. She was caring and welcoming. The product was reasonably priced and was also great quality. Fully recommend to others.

Went in today and met Bernie, she was amazing helped me with everything I needed regarding prints, photos, laminating and cutting the sizes down, her customer service was fantastic, she was joyful and made me feel like a valued customer, I would definitely come back as Bernie was amazing, Great Job

The female assistant was very friendly and helpful even as it was approaching closing time. She still did not seem to be rushing me as most stores would do at this time of day

We went here for passport photos but ended up waiting around whilst the woman was sat in her glass box, several customers were all wondering round the shop not knowing who to Speak To. Then when she came out she couldn't work the printing machines! We asked for passport photos, it's not a booth it's simply a seat and she gets out a camera and just snaps! She said hold your head straight to which we replied like this? She said oh it's ok doesn't matter... it actually does though! These need to be perfect! And this is the best part... it was 9.99! We left without our photos, she couldn't print them.My input would be to educate your employees on the equipment, or just employ more people so that you don't have just one miserable woman running round not knowing what the hell to do...very unprofessional

Extremely unhelpful. Didn’t seem to know much about printing anything other than photos. Got the feeling the lady just couldn’t be bothered to try help. Will not return

I discovered both shops near my home didn't print T-shirts. So I loaded it up onto their website and opted for click and collect. The system requested 7 days but the T-shirt was ready in 4 days.I went in and paid for the shirt and print was superb. I will have to see if it survives the washing machine! Excellent customer service at the store despite it being 9:15 am.

It took 2 weeks for my film to be processed. Other places offer 1 hour service but at this store no such thing was mentioned. Great prints but too slow.

I been empressed too too much of customer service and got very properly guidance about my issue. I really recommend other people about this shop.

Worst service around!We want to print off some A4 designs on card.I can’t do them now.Why not?We’re shutting soon.But there’s 40 minutes left.Yeah but the emails aren’t working and the printer’s really slow.Well, when will the emails be fixed?I haven’t got a clue, I’ve been too busy to call anyone.Ok, what’s the weight of the paper you use for cards?No idea, no one tell us. It’s used for calendars though so it’s calendar weight.
