The Sell & Buy Store

This store was great for my needs of selling and buying, I went in and sold my stuff and then I was able to buy things it was great does what it says on the tin.... also I really miss Jhon working there he brought a real Scandinavian vibe to the shop.

Brilliant shop with bargain prices and superb customer service. The staff are super friendly and helpful. An ever changing selection of modern and retro consoles and games at bargain prices. Highly recommended.

Asked about a price for a phone offered 30 pound said it was old went to cex got 64 pound trying it on

Went in store and was ignored by oblivious sales person behind the counter scrubbing a dirty Wii fit board with a brush lol. No sense of customer service at all. Was there to trade in a 3ds and some games. Was followed up by a blank stare of complete confusion and that instilled in me a sense that he had very little idea of what he was doing. He then proceeded to call over the other staff member to aid him. I asked whether they were going to give me a price on the goods that I had brought in and the answer seemed to allude them still, leaving me waiting. The other member of staff then accused me of being shirty with him and that they did not want to make a transaction, while also stating I could get more than what I was asking for at CEX. Which only confirms in my mind that they underpay people for their goods, (great what people let slip when they are angry) thus this store is a rip off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Recently my nephew bought a holographic spiderman picture and when he brought it home there were two screws missing and it was coming apart.
