Satnav directs you to turn off into a pub carpark - the actual Royal Mail office is located behind the Co-op, down the alleyway between the Co-op & the closed down social club.

Completely ignored my delivery instructions saying to leave the parcel in a safe space if we were not home and tried to deliver much earlier than scheduled so obviously I wasn't able to get the package. And the fact that they work only a couple hours in the morning makes it very difficult for me to collect since I work nigh time and their opening hours are in the middle of my sleep schedule...

I mistakenly sent a parcel of presents to an unrecognised address and the great customer service at Caldicot delivery office meant that the recipient was able to head in and collect the parcel before it could be 'returned to sender'. The staff here saved my Christmas!

Well it shows how curruputed the staff are getting with managers money going missing from cards debitcatds bean stolen postman speeding in streets and smoking in vans some one who worked there told me who it was so it bean passed onto gwent police I had loads parsels go missing

Postman put card through my door to say to collect my parcel from sorting office the next day. Card stated closing time of 2pm. I went next morning at 11am only to be told that the office closes at 10am. Wasted journey.Useless information on card. I expected a better service from Royal Mail
