The first time I used Hippo Prints I needed a fast turnaround and they did the job and delivered great. The second time I requested a job for next day delivery, the delivery turned up 5 days later, the promotional flyers were rendered useless, I accept Hippo Prints apology and full refund. It was apparently because the parcel delivery company was overrun by black Friday and they were responsible for the failure to deliver.

I recently got an A1 poster printed with Hippoprint for university which I desperately needed urgently. Very impressed with their service, very quick and professional! The quality and finish of the poster is amazing and I would highly recommend them!

I sent my documents to print 20 minutes after the next day deadline and my artwork was the wrong size and hippoprint still managed to get my leaflets printed on time. Fantastic customer service and I would recommend to any organisation who regularly leave their printing too late!

I especially rang the company and was told the print job would still arrive next day, even if I would send the artwork by 5pm. However it never arrived on time! When I flagged the issue with the company, nothing was done, no refund, nothing, Really bad service.

Great Service, placed an order on a Friday and paid for Saturday delivery, order was printed and dispatched within an hour, and arrived at 8am on Saturday.
