Great personal service, confident to use again.

I have received a first class service at Serendipity counselling from everyone I had contact with. My counsellor was outstanding she quickly made me feel welcome in spite of my nerves. I felt safely held throughout, she was really attuned to how I was feeling, and had a lovey way of using humour at just the right moments. She was not afraid to gently challenge me. Although parts of my situation are still difficult I am able to see a path through now which is such a weight of my shoulders. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service. Janet

Not a Pleasant experience

A friendly and helpful service. Really helped me work through ongoing relationship issues to get to a better place emotionally.

Have not responded to two emails or two voice mail messages. Drove to address as per Google maps and ended up in a random (and not the best) neighborhood only to find Google has the pin in the woods behind one of the houses. Something fishy going on here.
