Our private dining experience for our Bridgeton inspired bridal shower was nothing short of magical and was all down to Jay and his team. From the moment we spoke with Jay, we just knew that we wanted to enlist his services for the special day.The menu was cultivated with the help of Jay and there was no request too big or too small. Jay and his team were incredibly professional, attentive and friendly throughout the event as well as keeping us entertained.If you are looking for a chef that can turn your event into a memorable adventure, look no further than Jay. I booked Jay for a surprise anniversary meal at home for mr friends- it was incredible. We had 5 courses and he catered excellently for a coeliac too. It really was so fab and I will definitely be using Jay again!

Jay was a delight to work with and helped me curate the perfect three course menu for my sister's hen do! The food was delicious and very reasonably priced (especially as he brings all the plates and does all the Washing up!) I would highly recommend Jay for any special occasion or even just a treat! He was easy to communicate with throughout and I would book him again in an instant!

If you want the food to be the best then Jay is an absolute must for any event. He is so friendly and professional and his food and presentation is incredible. Jay catered for my father in laws 70th. He was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, he was accommodating and understanding. Jay and his partner were so friendly and made the day run so smoothly. The food was absolutely amazing, cooked on time and a perfect amount. Five star for sure.

One of the finest chefs I have had the pleasure of working with. Jay kindly catered for my mum’s 60th birthday recently and the whole process from menu designing to the evening itself was perfect. We discussed ideas based on courses and types of food, put in a few touches I knew my mum would love and left the rest to him. The evening went without a glitch and it was so nice to be able to take a step back and just enjoy the time knowing it was in his capable hands. He uses high quality produce, locally sourced where possible and was more than happy to go through this with our guests which they loved. If that wasn’t enough the kitchen looked like there hadn’t even been a dinner party so that was the cherry on top.
