Tom martin fitted a shower tray and unit for usWe had a 5 year guarantee, the work Tom did was disgusting, after a couple of months the tray creaked, then the tray split , Tom came round but wasn't interested in sorting any of these problems, then water started gushing through our kitchen ceiling. Tom didn't want to know he offered to pay us £1000 then the next day he changed his mind and told us he was bankrupt , we paid Tom £4,500 and it still had just under 3 years guarantee left, we have had to have it all replaced at a cost to ourselves of another £4,000, the plumber we used to fix Tom's shoddy workmanship said it was fitted so badly there was no support, the tray was fitted on a slope and he obviously is a cowboy, the plumber took photos because he couldn't believe how bad it was and what he charged, if your looking for a plumber I suggest most strongly that you look elsewhere. This man took £4500 from us for a very amateurish effort, he doesn't now anything about plumbing, he knows nothing of aftercare service and he certainly won't honour any gaurentee he gives you, LOOK ELSEWHERE

Tom was great. He came in straight away due to emergency, polite and friendly. Him and his team worked hard to make sure our work was complete before business hours. Very happy with our new system, thank you :)
