A more professional person would be difficult to find. The work was completed in a very efficient manner with little disruption and was accurate in every respect. The EPC was provided to me by email within the 24 hour turnaround promised (a copy was also emailed to my estate agent at no extra cost). Angela took the time to fully explain the document to me and answered all my questions clearly and to my full satisfaction (adding useful information that I would not have thought about asking for). All in all, a very pleasant experience at a realistic price.
