I have been a customer of Ladywell Dry Cleaners since I moved into Ladywell over 4 years ago. Emine is very knowledgeable and I trust her completely for dry-cleaning and laundry service because she will tell you upfront what is possible given the fabric, condition of the garment etc. I’ve used the dry-cleaning, laundry and alterations services and I’ve always been happy with the results. Emine is very professional. I am petite so I have used the alterations service a lot over the years. Emine is great for fitting appointments because she will discuss with you in detail the type of alterations you are looking for and the seamstress that she is employs is brilliant. I’ve had alterations to all types of clothing (shirts, trousers, dresses etc) and with different fabrics. I’ve always been happy and the fit is always great! In the past few months, I’ve used the laundry service (with ironing included) and it has been great, reasonably priced and super handy.

Such a lovely lady who really cares about the service she offers. She cleaned my vintage jacket perfectly and altered my trousers professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

Excellent service from Em! I initially brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned, but she advised me to check with my dressmaker - thankfully I did as it needed a special service. However, I appreciated the honesty (and good chats) and have since come back to Em with some other items for dry cleaning. Really friendly service and the clothes look good as new. I would definitely recommend!

I come here often for clothes alterations and Em and the team do an amazing job every time.

Very unhappy with this place because they overcharge you. That's why they don't have a price list on display!!!I brought a few items for dry cleaning recently and they charged me nearly DOUBLE the price I was charged afterwards at a different local dry cleaning shop.They can't be trusted!PS. Following their response, just to clarify I was only once there and haven't returned because of the above.So I'm not a loyal customer in order to remember my name.

So happy with the service here, Em is so kind, professional and accommodating. I brought in lots of clothes that I’d accumulated over the years as I needed a dry cleaners I could trust to do the adjustments and repairs. She was honest with what her tailor could do and kept me in the loop via text on any updates regarding the tailored adjustments. With items that needed to be tried on for a tailored fit, we booked in a time with her tailor to have the garments pinned to me properly.Her prices are very fair, and she takes great care of your clothes. I had a wool coat with a flimsy silk lining that had unfortunately be picked at by moths. Replacing the lining was a cost I wasn’t prepared to pay for at the time so we agreed to just do the small repairs and a dry clean- the coat came back perfect with no further damage on the lining from the dry clean.I couldn’t be more grateful, thank you Em!Francesca
