I took Inicial 1, 2 and 3 courses at Spanish House in order to learn some Spanish before I travel South America.I have absolutely loved these classes - our teacher, Rodrigo, was honestly amazing. The whole class love him to bits! He made the classes so much fun and he puts so much time and effort into his teaching materials. You can tell he enjoys teaching too and brings so much energy! Muchas gracias Rodri!!I have also met some lovely people through the class and always looked forward to the lessons. Would 100% recommend Rodrigo’s classes!

I attended a course for 8 weeks to refresh my Spanish and I absolutely enjoyed the class. The method is great as interactive and focused on practical topics we can apply immediately when travelling to Hispanic countries. Classes are composed of small groups and the atmosphere is really friendly. In my view, the location is also a great advantage since it is right by Kings Cross and Euston. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone keen on improving their Spanish whether it is for work or for fun!

I took the Continuation 1 course with Bartek and really enjoyed it. Bartek was a great teacher - very clear and helpful while also making the classes great fun. I took the course in order to try and remember the Spanish I learned at school, and I found the mixture of conversation and grammar very helpful for improving my language skills again. I looked forward to the lessons each week and will certainly consider doing further classes at Spanish House in future.

I recently studied Spanish for beginners at the Spanish House London and was impressed with the style and content of the course. From the moment our first Spanish lesson began, we were speaking Spanish which I felt was a wonderful way of opening a door into a new language and culture. Our tutor was friendly, supportive and encouraging and by the end of the lesson of one and a half hours, we had already learned a number of Spanish phrases and words.The lessons move at quite a fast pace and are well structured and focused. It feels as if we are receiving one to one attention as the classes aren't too large which lends to each student getting the space they need to learn.I hadn't studied a language since my school days and got a lot out of the lessons and envrionment learning so much in such a short space of time.If you are looking for a language school that delivers, I highly recommend The Spanish House, London and you won't be disappointed!

My classes at Spanish House Clapham have been great. I have just signed up for another set of classes. They are pretty cheap in comparison to other language institute and the quality of the lessons are great. There is a big focus on conversation and lots of time to interact with your classmates and teacher. The book that they use is also good, with a mixture of topics being backed up with grammar. The classes are small (no more than 6 usually) which is good because that means everyone has a chance to express their ideas and ask questions. I would definitely recommend Spanish House Clapham and both teachers Maria Maestre and Mariela.

I was taught by Maria Rodriguez in Clapham - she was a fantastic teacher, and I carried on the classes because I learned a lot from her. She was really thorough, gave really useful and clear explanations of grammatical concepts, was really encouraging and made the lessons fun. I would really recommend Maria, and Spanish House - the additional social activities are brilliant, and such a useful way to enhance your learning.

I had six 50 minute Speak to Perfection" sessions with Dalia.I read books and watch tv/films in Spanish

I have completed A1.1 and A1.2 courses in this school. The support, pacing, and community-style environment is fantastic. I particularly want to thank Rodrigo, as I think he's the best language teacher I have ever had!! He's diligent, fun, supportive, and so so warm. I am very excited to continue my journey and start A1.3 very soon. :)

Spanish House London was amazing in helping me gain more confidence for my GCSE Spanish speaking exam. My speaking definitely improved a lot thanks to Clara who made me feel comfortable straight away so that I could take full advantage of our one-to-one sessions. My reading and listening also improved greatly, enabling me to go into all of my GCSE Spanish exams feeling extremely prepared. Thank you so much!

I've nearly completed the beginner level course in Spanish and can't wait to sign up for the next level already.Classes are 1.5 hours but feel like they go by very quickly as you're always involved and always learning new things. Exercises are interesting and learning through conversation really helps.Victoria is a great teacher as well. Very patient with us and makes the lessons fun. Looking forward to learning more!
