Ha ha - absolute fake, money grabbing bunch of people who know less than my infant grandkids! They should not even be allowed to use the word 'law'. That word is for professional, qualified people, not a bunch of no nothings reading from a book or screen, then still giving incorrect advice! My best mate, who is a qualified solicitor really cannot stop laughing!

I have read some of the reviews left on here and can honestly say that I have not had a bad experience using the dlp. Yes my case has been going on for some time after experiencing a very traumatic time in the hands of a dental practitioner during covid. I suffered severe nerve damage to the point of No feeling in my right side of face for months and months not able to speak properly. And unbearable pain. These guys have been nothing but professional and thorough through out the whole time. Due to the hard work and determination I have reached a substantial settlement more than I could ever imagine and now I can move on and get the correct treatment and put this all behind me big shoutout to Kyle padley especially. I have awarded the Dental Law Partnership 5 stars; they successfully achieved a compensation claim on my behalf. The case did take a couple of years, due to its complexity. Rhian, Justine and Tim worked on my case. During this time frame it included appointments with the Specialist Dental Services in London for the Defendant’s Solicitor & appointments more locally to gain a report from an independent dental expert - a consultant in Restorative Dentistry. All appointments were reimbursed promptly.Throughout the process I was advised and supported at each stage in writing and over the telephone. On the occasions that I needed to contact them, if they were not there to take my call, I was always called back. I felt they acted in my best interests at all times.It was clear from reading the extensive documents that were drawn up by the solicitors that they were very thorough, detailed and had clearly listened to me.The no win no fee element of the process removes part of the stress that a compensation claim can create. I Would recommend to anyone considering using them, however, please do not think this will be a quick process, as it takes time to get a worthy outcome, you won’t hear from them on a weekly / monthly basis sometimes but be assured your case is being worked on in the background.I am very delighted with the compensation I’m entitled to receive. I went here because bad dental work caused loss of three teeth and cost me over 2k. Whilst they accepted the case, although it was hit and miss as I had bad teeth due to my medications. I had to fight my corner and emphasise it was bad practice not my teeth that caused their loss! The process was tedious and I found stressful and the case was dealt with by an assistant throughout tho I was assured a solicitor oversees it. It took near,y 2 years and the sum I was awarded was very smalll after 30% deduction but i had no choice but to accept as once they “recommend” that you do your options are minimal! I guess it was better than nothing and covered what I paid out and half towards good dentures that I now need but I am very annoyed I didn’t get compensated for the anxiety and stress which I felt was not supported at all or understood by the young lady dealing with my case. I did have to push to be paid out once awarded as well as this was dragged on somewhat but I feel it was the system rather than the personnel that was at fault. Would I do it again, yes but I would be prepared for a long protracted case and I would insist on greater access to a solicitor if needed.
