Just been in to go on a machine and asked the team member if she could put money on a machine. She was just about to start a long task but instead of quickly sticking my money on the machine she made me wait. Sticking money on an machine takes a minute at most. Just bad customer service and results in lost of earnings.

They knew I didn't have a clue what I was doing and they ripped me off and gave me the wrong winning amount of money from the grand national on my ticket...... Gonna go online next time and use an app to place my bet!
