NEVER AGAIN!If I could give zero stars I would!I took my watch in for a simple battery replacement and after multiple visits (they never answer the phone) I finally got my watch back! Without being fixed! Every time I went to collect they come out with some rubbish excuse as to why it has not been done, promised to call me with updates and never did call me. On the 4th visit 7 weeks later I gave up and now have my watch back….still not fixed!Extremely RUDE staff and very unprofessional. My advice STAY AWAY!

VT Jewellers have done an amazing job on replacing a new platinum band for my diamond engagement ring. It had to be made to fit into my wedding band and it has come back perfect! Would highly recommend this company.

Having had my watch for 6 weeks for a bezel repair and cleaning they told they could not get it to work despite changing the mechanism. It was working when I took it to them. They told me my watch may not work again as it had moisture in it and may have rusted.Heartbroken as I had it for over 30 years (a gift from my husband before we married), I took it to another jewellers. They said it clearly had not been cleaned and suggested changing the battery. That done it works perfectly.

What a great service.. messaged through website for price details toRhodium plate my wedding ring & engagement ring super quick reply with all the information needed. I took them into the shop at 11am this morning & they were ready to be collected an hour later. So no having to be sent away, that's what I call a fantastic service. My rings look amazing like new again and such a reasonable price.Thank you so much. Will highly recommend you.

My chain was repaired, but I felt very uncomfortable in the store when asking for it to be repaired they guy was basically trying to shoo me away because I don't have thousands to spend. I was told if I do it again the job will be refused. Very kind words for a new customer. I wouldn't spend your money here there are other gold jewelers that will be grateful with your business. Thanks

Excellent repair on a gold chain. I know it was broken - but I can't even see the repair. They are honest, decent people with honest, decent prices, such a refreshing change. My husband had items designed and custom made and they are beautiful, top quality jewellery work.
