Lovely place in the heart of the city to get a great Oriental food. The quality is very good the price is reasonable and portions very generous. The staff is very friendly and patient, always happy to assist you. I'm very pleased with the experience I'll definitely come back.

Service was great, the person who took my order Yen was so lovely and attending to every detail. She did explain about the app and she had a smile from the minute I have arrived up to the time I left so I thought she deserved a nice review for her great customer service.

Lovely food, staff member was very welcoming, asked if we had been before, explained the app as I hadn’t realised about it before, offered us really good deals (meal deal) and was really helpful, would definitely go there again caramel chicken is my favourite

Went here yesterday, food was really good, service was quick and staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend. Staff also recommended their app for discounts/rewards which was a nice surprise.

So I would have taken a photo of my food to post, but it was just too tasty to wait. The staff at Chopstix, Bristol we very accommodating to myself and my friend, who are extremely fussy eaters. They did their very best to ensure we did not have onions or any veg in our food. All the staff were very good at interacting with their customers, making us feel at ease about our fussiness. They then tried to help me use chopsticks....which did not end well, but that was me, not them. I highly recommend Chopstix and can not wait to return.

This is the second time I've eaten here since it opened. It's a lovely restaurant, spacious, airy, light. Today I made a mistake of choosing a topping that has an ingredient I'm mildly allergic too, and even though it was my fault, the staff were so helpful and accommodating and let me make a new meal.They also all seem to get along really well and it's always enjoyable to see!

This is maybe my 5th visit here and I was very disappointed. Normally the sweet and sour chicken is excellent! But sadly today it wasn’t good normally the sauce is lovely and thick but today it was runny like a waterfall! out of the 5 times I came here 3 times were good. Honestly, it all depends on who cooks the food. What makes me sad is this is the store that made me love Chopstix again.

Chopstix - Bristol Broadmead
I visited here today and it was amazing. The staff were really friendly and the food was great. I happened to speak to the Manager, Richard and he was fantastic answering some of my questions. I highly recommend the Smoky Seoul Chicken and Red Thai Chicken Curry!
