Ben's Quality Dry Cleaners

I went to Ben with a dress that had a stain on it, he done his best to help me and steamed the dress for me, he done a fantastic job. Ben and his staff are so friendly and helpful.

Thinking that they would be expensive, as there's not too many dry cleaners in the area, I did some price checking to see how they compared and found them to be very reasonably priced. I also found the service to be spot on and will definitely be using from now on.

Amazing and attentive service. Ben cleaned and boxed my wedding dress for me and advised me how to care for it for the future. He updated me constantly on timescales. Also a zip replaced on my winter coat. He collected the items from my home and returned them to me at home. I can't fault their service at all. Stunning.

Amazing service Ben and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Fixed my favourite jacket and it came back looking better than when I first purchased it! The prices are great. Definitely recommend using Bens services!

I couldn't recommend this gem of a dry cleaners in Andover more. Their service is always so professional and their prices are extremely competitive. They are a lovely family run business and I have used them time and time again. They recently dry cleaned my granny's bridesmaid dress which is over 100 years old and repaired it using the old fashioned traditional sewing methods and they did such an incredible job. I was so pleased and to top it off they tried to waiver any charges when I picked it up as they saw how thrilled I was. I really can't speak highly enough about this wonderful business.

The lady on the desk wasn't very welcoming, very pricy, but the quality of cleaning is alright.

I was attending a wedding nearby (I am not local to the area) and realised my suit had several stains on the waistcoat and jacket. As the wedding was the next day some slightly panicked phone calls were made to cleaners in the nearby area.Many quotes times of up to 10 days.Despite me handing my suit to Ben’s at 16:20 on Friday they managed to have it cleaned by the next day!!!! Sparking clean!All I can say is thank you so much to Ben himself and his colleagues.Amazing service.Could not recommend enough.

It's not often I write a review but today I received the most amazing service from Ben at Ben's cleaners.We are attending my mother-in-laws funeral tomorrow and my daughter thought she would try her trousers on that she was wearing and when doing so the zip broke, she literally had nothing else to wear and not time to shop for anything else as she had to go to work.My Mum was in town so she went in and asked if there was anyway they could get the zip replaced by tomorrow. Ben was straight on the phone to the seamstress to ask if she could help, she agreed that if Ben could get them there quickly she may be able to do them in time. He took them straight to her and also collected them when they were ready.I could not recommend Ben's cleaners enough, thank you so much for saving the day.

I would absolutely recommend this dry cleaners. I have used their services twice and each time been impressed by the customer service and attention to detail. Friendly, eco conscious (moving away from plastic protective covering and sourcing alternatives) and happy to help when there was a problem with my payment card.
