A great campsite if your just staying a day or two. Great location, super friendly owner, quiet with basic amenities. A nice park for the kids literally next door and a pub only 100 meters away. Recommended for camper vans.

Level field and easy access to water and chemical point. Lane a bit narrow but doable in a camper. Lovely quiet spot and a pub across the road. Perfect for dog walks. Warden very helpful and friendly site.

We had a wonderful weekend at Scotlands House this weekend. What a brilliant campsite for van life! It’s brilliantly located for a commute into London. The campsite is basic with no facilities other than drinking water and bins but it’s a beautiful spot right next to an excellent park for the kids. Vans are parked on well maintained hard standings with ample room to the side for cars or tents of awnings as we used. The field is vast with plots around the edge creating a natural open space in the middle for recreation. Off the ground fires are encouraged and you are left alone by the manager who couldn’t have been more helpful in the run up to our stay. It’s very reasonably priced and clean and tidy with well laid out plots and a lovely, friendly but quiet and respectful vibe. We will definitely be back.

Best campsite we have been on in terms of peacefulness and simplicity. Loads of walks and bike rides to do in the immediate area. Stunning countryside and a short walk into Bracknell. Andy who runs the site is incredibly on-hand and knowledgeable. lovely people.

This is a wonderful, peaceful campsite. We found this when looking for places to stay that was close to Legoland and this was perfect only 15/20min drive and you are there. The campsite is quite simplistic as others have mentioned but it has LOADS of space and nicely maintained parking spots with woodchip. There are no showers, however they do offer toilet tents and toilet rentals for those who do not have one which is great. There is access to fresh drinking water and toilet emptying area complete with genius foot buttons (and awesome signage which made me smile) You don't have to be booked on to use these either as they offer 'pitstop' options for people just looking for a rest and refill on there travels which most camp sites do not offer. They also offer dog sitting services which was awesome as this enabled us to go to Legoland for the day knowing our little guy was safe and sound. These is a child's play area and large field just behind the campsite so a great place for the kids to go and make friends safely. There are also two pubs in walking distance, We went to the Yorkshire Rose (3 min walk) and it was lovely and severed great food. There is a real sense of community on this campsite and we will defo be back, even without the nearby attractions we would be really happy just to spend the time on site and just chill and make new friends. Thanks for a great stay cant wait to come back :)

Just got home from a 2 night stay at Scotland's house. The site itself is basic (just what we were after ) with a lovely park just behind. Lovley quiet and clean site. Andrew was lovely very friendly and managed squeezed us in at such short notice. I would recommend this site to anyone and will be returning In the near future.

We stayed here in our motorhome for 2 nights to visit Ascot races.Andrews communication throughout our booking was second to none!Location was perfect and electric available if needed. We will definitely return with our children as there is a play park next to the site and a pub a short walk away; would be a fab spot for a stop off on our next travels.Thank you again.

We were made very welcome. The site is clean, level and fairly secluded given that it is so close to the roads and attractions of the area.I would absolutely stay again. If you want somewhere, quiet, basic and relaxed then Scotlands House is ideal.

Small campsite and caravan park. Both people who run the place are friendly. One side of the park has electricity supply (left) and the other side is for those who have solar panels or don't need electricity. Pet friendly. A good size playground at the back for children. My main concern is the little enteranc road, which I found to be too curvy and too tight for larger caravan. With trees and even a metal width limiter on the side. I really don't see the logic for them for a caravan park I saw a big size motorhome inside so it's evident that you can drive a big one in, but I bet you will have to prepare yourself for a few scratches. Or maybe they are a better driver than me.Other than that all seemed fine.Price is something that you should ask. It's subject to season, use, etc

We loved our stay at Scotlands house campsite, so much so that we returned pretty quickly, and it will definitely be somewhere we would stay often. The site is kept really well, their's a great park, everyone's really friendly,Andrew the campsite manager even came out to help us out when we broke down, a true star! and always manages to shuffle things round to find us a pitch. When we read the write up about the sight,we thought it sounded great, and it reallly is. Definitely recommend.
