Went in today with the intention of choosing and ordering a new sofa. We were the only ones in the shop, there was a male employee downstairs, a female one upstairs. The guy downstairs didn’t even acknowledge our presence! Not even a simple “hello”! The woman upstairs did offer to help but wasn’t the most pleasant. The store has really gone downhill, as have the staff manners. We have had sofas from here all our married life but sadly will not be using from now. Looks cheap and nasty now.
