Chloe, Dale, and the entire B&B teams in Chinnor, Marlow and Princes Risborough, have been absolutely amazing - I can not express how well they worked with me to get me into a flat, making sure every detail was explained and sorted with professionalism and expediency. Unprofessional agency who will lie to you and hand out inaccurate legal advice to their landlords despite being estate agents. When the situation turns sour, they will simply ignore your emails. Leonie Coveney encouraged their landlord client to pull the our signed tenancy agreement from under us 3 days before we were due to move in. We had already paid first months' rent, a deposit and signed the tenancy agreement as well as having already handed in notice to leave our current accommodation leaving us in a horrible situation. She lied to us purporting that the landlord did not sign the tenancy agreement when in fact, they had and we have evidence of this. She also tried to convince us that our signed tenancy agreement was null and void" because she said so. The sad part of this is
