Applecross Inn Side Out
Ordered a Crab salad, got given prawns? When questioned they told me they didn't have any Crab so I settled for the prawns.Very disappointed, lettuce was well past its best, all brown and slimey and was only accompanied by 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half. Came with bread and butter so as I had to throw the salad away as it was really pretty rank I was left with 6 prawns and 2 slices of bread and butter, all rather expensive for £10.From my personal experience I could not recommend this place

If you want something a bit less expensive than the Inn try here... Perfect fish supper, great service, not always easy to get a seat but well worth being patient.

I had a quick stop here to grab a coffee and ice cream and it was absolutely amazing! This ice cream was delicious and they gave a really generous scoop! I'd go back just for the home made ice cream!

The monkfish is the best fried fish/ fish and chips I’ve had. Thin, crispy batter. Dense meaty fresh chunks of fish. Went back for seconds!

Reall fresh fish and chips but the sandwiches were not good. If you are visiting we recommend only hot food. We can use the seating place next to the stall and enjoy the sea view. The staff from apple cross can serve you drinks on table. If you are planning to dine-in, please make an advance reservation.
