Refused to ship to address within the UK as promised on their website for purchases over £150 when our purchase was over £800 because the address was to a courier who was to deliver to a location in Africa. Had to cancel the order. Definitely won't be shopping here again.

Very disappointed that I put in my second order and despite the website saying delivery between 8th and 11th and asking to downgrade to only 1 item for next day delivery or we offered to pay for a next day courier for Saturday - the response was very unhelpful.Won't be shopping again and we have 2 stores undergoing refits so a lot of missed business and opportunity whereby a single item could have been shipped.
