Horrible! I would say scam ! The lady named bina from Mumbai India works there. First she will be very sweet with you, she will tell you about her work experience, before she used to work in glam and go, but fortunately was kicked out, I booked a package for my facial treatment called hydra facial treatment, she took the whole payment together of £250 and then I tried it for first time and I noticed when I got home, my whole face was golden, they used bleach to my face without my concern, I’ve severe bleach allergies, and I immediately contacted her and told her about the situation, i asked for my money to be refunded. First they denied that they used bleach to my face secondly they asked me to come to the parlour and speak to the owner, and then they said come Tomorrow to get my refund, when I went there next day they refused to give my money back, and kept denying the fact that they used bleach to my face. They use very cheap quality products, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all !! There is another parlour named glam and go , WAY BETTER THAN DEPILEX ! I hope this review will help some of you to make a better decision..

I had my hair done by Beena. I explained to her what i exactly wonted . She did an amazing job on my hair and i was very impressed with her work. She suggested me to do keratin. I would definitely recommend her
