Went there to see a mobile he was selling, (iPhone 11) the screen was hanging off and the battery was on 33 percent and died within 2 minute off me holding it, I had a look at another mobile he was selling that I previously had seen on fb marketplace he was selling for 230, and he printed off a sticker when I asked to look at it with its new price of 280. If you want a decent mobile then avoid this place at all costs..

Shocking asked to sell a iPhone 12 mini 64gb 100% battery health BRAND NEW 2 days ago… I was offered £230. Went down the road and got £345 for it from my local shop. don’t recommend this shop if you want actual money for your devices.

Not very happy at all I wanted a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra today the owner wasn't in Hanley whatsoever he said that he's back in Hanley at 5 pm so I waited up Hanley since 11am after all that he never turned up so I waited up Hanley for nothing and he still wants full price off the phone I'm going in again tomorrow but after when I brought the phone off him I am never going to his shop again this is a message to anyone that buys phones from this guy don't trust him he rips you off and waste your time

Conatcted to see if they would be interested in buying an item. Told me a price over the phone which i was happy with, and said they were there all day. Went all the way up to find no one there. Waited about and no one came so ended up going elsewhere or would have been a wasted journey.
