I had a really disappointing experience when I booked Beat Street Studio for a voiceover session with live direction. The microphone wasn’t connected to the call so my clients were left waiting for an embarrassingly long period without the engineer linking me up (despite my repeated requests), the sound was terrible when I was recording and really off putting for delivery, and worst of all the quality of the audio when received after the session was terrible, with hisses and hums throughout. I requested a refund after but it was refused.
