Excellent service as usual here, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff especially the manager who could not do enough to help. Will be needing another tyre fairly soon and will definitely come back here.

Worst experience I've ever had, car was booked in for Saturday morning for 4 tyres at 9.30am arrived 10 minutes before like they said, then was standing in the office for another 25 minutes before anyone even came to see me. They had one other customer so wasn't like it was busy. The staff were to busy messing around with their mates cars that were driving like complete idiots in out the car park at stupid speeds. And finally when I spoke to a member of staff he told me I would have to leave the car as not got time to do it now a d pick it up later,the whole point of booking a time slot is because was going on holiday with my kids and as stated staff were just standing around doing absolutely sweet fa. Absolute joke of a company., so I have taken my business elsewhere.

I want to give a 10 star review!I arrived at about 17.40 on Friday with a flat tyre, having had to fit my 'skinny' spare on the side of the M25. By closing time two great guys had replaced a leaky valve, refitted the wheel, and I could safely complete my journey on the M25.Fantastic service - thank you.

I paid for all 4 wheels to be balanced and the chap behind the counter was great ensuring I signed up to get £5 off. But when I left I still had the vibration at speed so looked at the wheels. One clearly had shiny new weights, but one clearly had the old weights still on. I couldn't tell for sure on the others. They did sort it when I went back and said that 2 wheels hadn't been done the first time. It sorted my vibration problem in the end, and the price was good, but it should have been done right the first time.

Might be branch specific but my experience with the Redhill branch echoes the other reviews that are 2 star and below.- 1.5 hrs to change two front tyres while the car was in the bay with two fitters working" on it and by working

Always get great service here. Had a few MOT/ service/ tyres & breaks done. As a female I dread car places but these guys are brilliant! Honest and genuine - a great find! Thanks

Really busy centre with the most helpful & thoughtful staff. Even though mad busy i overheard the manager explain all the options they had re-repair needed, timing & financing. That customer left, happy, fully informed & with options rather than the dread of what on earth to do. My repair was done quickly, professionally and explained what had been done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

Mike the manager here is really lovely. A part on my car was damaged by another garage and Mike has been great through the whole process. He called me up, invited me in to see my car up on the ramp and has talked me through the process and all the components. Couldn't recommend enough.

Pirates. Dropped off a saab 900s and they took 1 whole day to change 2 tires. Came back half day to see what they were doing and they had someone just staring at it on a ramp not really sharing what’s going on. End of the day I had to go round back to collect it. Realized later It had clocked 15 miles since dropping it off. Everyone’s rude, everyone’s dodgey. Nobody is a trained mechanic. Don’t go.
