The best self defence club in Hertfordshire!They have an excellent team instructors and a really friendly, welcoming group of students. You will train with people of all abilities, in fun and varied classes. While learning how to protect yourself, you'll get fit, increase your confidence and probably make a bunch of friends.I've been training with them for 5 years now and can't recommend them enough!
