Lovely staff. Dismal premises. Efficient. Matey. Awkward location but you can walk down to river easily enough and have a very pleasant walk along there to the St George pub half a mile away and into town while the car is MOT or serviced. Halfords have got some investment to make to get these old premises up to scratch but the staff know their stuff and seem genuinely interested and also look a bit scruffy but are nice as pie.... Not snooty like some car dealers these days.

My partner went in with the AA to get a tyre...here's the quote from the AA man. 'this is the MOST EXPENSIVE TYRE I'VE EVER FITTED IN MY WHOLE CAREER'...end quote...Apart from that, FANTASTIC company! Enjoy!

Had 4 new tyres and tracking done first time did not balance wheels correctly and messed my tracking up when doing that took car back got tyres rebalanced and tracking done tyres sorted but tracking is still out not very experienced workers would be my guess and while waiting I witnessed a car get jacked up on 4 trolly Jack no axle stands and all wheel removed will try to upload picture never went back to get rectified for a third time don't trust my car there you pay for a service and expect it o be done properlly not rushed because your busyHave uploaded the pic of car of 4 trolly Jack's with not a single axle stand under it very dangerous all someone has to do is bumb into this and the car is goneAlso after checking I can see they have fitted one tyre out 4 that is a month older and different dates to the other 3 not much of a issue but again I paid for 4 new tyres they should all be stamped the same date

Staff at the Newmarket Road Cambridge store bike department are amazing! I cannot thank them enough for their professional support and assistance when recently purchasing my new electric bike on the Cycle2work scheme. We visited the store on numerous occasions asking many questions and staff never tired of us! The staff are professional, courteous and helpful, thank you very much for making my purchase experience so much easier!

It turned out that they install factory faulty tyre and immediately after that asking you to pay for another one because I don't have tyre insurance. And as respond to the business owner below - I am aware about your warranty policy but why you install defective tyre and handling the car to the customer in first instance. I suppose the technician have to spot the defect and just install another tyre. This is defect not occurred during the exploration or it's better for you to generate sales no matter customer satisfaction and fairness. We don't recommend this place.

Still very friendly.Just sit in the waiting area for 20 minutes and you'll see enough clients being dealt with to be able to say that they know what customer services is here.And it's not just one person. They are all helpful, courteous and, last but not least, knowledgeable.I trust them for my tyres, my MOT, etc.

After I discovered all 4 of my tires had been cut I needed a full new set installed on a Sunday.National Tyre and Auto autocare the only company who answered the phone and they provided excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommended.

Came in for 4 new tyres, as one was leaking air (the valve stem had been damaged) and the rest were just worn out. Well, they repaired it just fine for a good price, but one was again leaking air over the next few days. I diagnosed it at home that it was coming from between the wheel rim and tyre by covering it with soapy water. Called them up, brought the car back and they checked the issue but warned it wouldn't be free if it was caused by rim damage. Some dirt got in between the tyre and rim when they fitted the new tyres, so they took that one off, cleaned it, and the issue was solved (no charge). They also pumped up my wife's car's tyres when she came to pick me up - no questions asked. Overall good service but I will take 1 star off for not doing the job right first time.
