Absolute wet wipe and joke of a service.On my second complaint, and after several weeks, not addressed any salient points, or provided a complaint reference.Refused to call me when asked.Of course they won't correct errors in their favour. Have had to threaten to rip the meter off the wall to get them to respond.Couldn't organise their way out of a paper bag.....Oh am before you tell me to email you, I did that and you wet wipes ignored what I said and didn't log a COMPLAINT despite being asked too. Bet you will be in touch soon enough when I stop paying you thieves.A-760BFB5B

I’ve been with Octopus now for just over a year - I absolutely love their ethics and the fact that they are 100% green.The app is really easy to use and the tariffs / charges you pay are really clear unlike other companies where you have to check really complicated bills.They gave me a really long heads up when my tariff was ending and lots of advice about how to check if I am on the right tariff for me.My in-laws are elderly and also with Octopus and they even sent them an electric blanket. And offered a visit to see how they could make small changes in their home to reduce their energy bills.It’s good to be with a company that actually cares about its customers.

God awful customer service. - they're determined to not refund your own money back and make you wait over 6 weeks before even issuing it. Their agents have no sympathy or understanding when you're going through a bereavement and since making a complaint, I haven't heard a single thing from their complaints department - im starting to doubt whether they even exist. Overall, incompetent staff and terrible customer service.

The worst energy company I have ever had, and they won't let me swap.Their emergency line" after 5pm consists of sending emails and getting ignored for a whole 24h

Same with other customers!Was with bulb and they changed to octopus, after a week that have been told they will call me back same day, still haven't got any response and as I had a very long bad experience with bulb I preferred to change from smart meter to pay as you as they were stealing money from our account! But again now every time I'm topping up my gas by, I am being charged for 5£ written as a debit!! I asked them and they sent me an other card and they said it should not happen again, but same problem and is happening, still waiting to call me back!!Ridiculous!Will leave them.
