Genuinely great service, friendly and very helpful customer support. They have wonderful staff who go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. As usual it's not the product its the people who make it worth a visit. Definitely worth 5* - and thank you.

If I could give less stars I would.I gave my vehicle to this garage to fix the screenwash spray. The motor of the spray works perfectly and the only fix is to connect the connection between the spray tube and screenwash tank.I told them these details and inform them that a cleanse may be required.They charged me £150 to fix, and they simply connected the connection. At first, it worked for a day then it became blocked due to the dirt. I returned to this garage and told them about this problem. However, they told me they will have to charge me an extra £150 plus the cleansing fee for this fix.I am very dissatisfied about their professionalism. This problem should of been fixed and they should of called me during the fixture. However, they charged me money and asking for more money that was due their unprofessional.Although they reply but no follow up at all

Excellent customer service I received from start to finish. The customer waiting lounge is very comfortable and this place has excellent wheel chair user access. Toilet facilities are provided as well free tea or coffee or soft drinks are available. Their service policy is great and is customer focussed which is the way it should be. 5 star but really 10 out of 10.

I will never take my car anywhere else now. The service is top notch. I was looked after by David and although we had to wait a little we had lots of refreshments and its such a pleasant space. My daughter sat and did her homework and it was actually just a massive difference from the other garages that I've been taking my car to. Not to mention that I've had nothing but issues from the other garages as the quality of parts used were not the same. As a bonus u also have your car hoovered and cleaned. It was impressive service and little things that make all the difference. Plus they didn't charge me that much more than I would have paid and perhaps not been as satisfied.

It's the secret service. We don't like to talk about it. Or keep you updated. So took my car in for a service. Trouble though as it may take all day and possibly may need a new engine. No problem though it's all on BMW. So I call Monday late on to be told you need a new engine but we'll have it back to you by Wednesday. I call again on Wednesday. Ah problem it'll be Thursday maybe Friday but we'll keep you posted. So it's Thursday. Do I get a call? Nope not a peep. Stay tuned for Friday then. All I ask as a customer is you keep me updated just as promised. Amazing how a week just flies past.
