I booked a can from my address to go to our Yoga class. The driver was perfect! We talked all the way to Fairwater he was wonderful very nice and caring. He called the Office and helped us to book our return.Wow the return driver was also a very polite gent. Lovely well done.I just had to share this!!Yoga class todayYoga

Since the supermarket has gone, also the corner which used to served food inside it which stopped earlier, now for me is not so attractive to go there and do windows shopping

Terrible customer service. Had the call to confirm outside, didn't answer as literally left there and then I'd say around 35 seconds from call to leaving the door but alas no taxi so I call back to be told he was waiting and has now left driver and he tried calling... Strange I only received the one call. So I ask you only give 30 seconds to get out of the house? Guy advised we give 8 minutes so either the taxi driver is failing on delivering your service OR the advisor was straight up lieing I was even being aggy I work in a call centre so know how to speak to people the right way in a professional manner some might say this guy didn't and proceeded to hang up on me I hope a senior sees this and cancels your annual leave you melt. Call made 18:22 today's date.

We booked a taxi on the app,My wife phoned to confirm the booking it had gone through, was meet with a very rude lady, who said that it shouldn’t have been expected as the distance was to far away(talbot green back to Cardiff hardly what I would think is that far), was no apology that it had, had we not called to confirm and excepted the online booking we would have been stuck and unable to get home this evening.Surely the point of a taxi firm is to pick up people from a somewhere and take them to a destination for a price that reflex the distance and time it takes!!!!

I’d put zero stars if I could as failed to provide the service completely.Booked a taxi for a specific time for an important event. 15 mins after time we called as not arrived. Was told it was nearly there. Still didn’t come. After over 30 mins late-called again and asked if it was actually going to come.Very rude lady said why wouldn’t it be. I explained that we’d been fobbed off for 30 mins after time. She became very aggressive and said she was cancelling our booking and as I said we just wanted our taxi, she hung on up on me!I phoned back as I was so taken aback but she just shouted at me saying she’d cancelled the booking and hung up again!Looking at other reviews I think this is a common experience.We had to sort out other transport and were embarrassingly late for our event.I emailed their office afterwards to discuss but no reply. Better off trying Dragon taxis or Premier taxis.

The call handler was polite, the car arrived on time - actually slightly early. The car was dirty, I didn't really even want to sit on the seats. The driver was not friendly, he didn't wear his seat belt. It cost more than Dragon taxis for the same route, I also couldn't see the fare display machine, the driver just said the price. I like to be able to see the fare on the display.

Booked a cab to get me to Cardiff for 9am stressing I had to get to Cardiff by 9.40. Get a call to say the cab will be 15 minutes late. Then it’s not going to get here until 9:40.Super not only have I had to pay for the cab, I’m also out of pocket on the train tockets

Would not recommend to book especially when you have to be somewhere on time. Booked at 10:00 for 10:15, they accepted and didn’t show up. When I called to find out what happened, the guy was very rude on the phone and hung up. I called again and no pick up. I had to use someone else’s phone just to be told the taxi had been stuck at city road for a long time. I had to book dragon taxi who showed up within 5 minutes. Again calling to cancel my trip, took another 10 minutes and finally had to put my phone on no caller ID just for the same guy to pick and say the taxi was still stuck on city road. Absolutely terrible.

Taxi to Wales Millennium centre. The car was filthy,the driver had no respect for other road users ,speeding at 40mph in a 20 zone,answering his mobile phone without bluetooth,carving up other motirists. My wife and I were glad to get to our destination. Also at the time of booking I requested to book our return taxi and was told that it was unnecessary as it would be best to book it when we come out. This we did and were politely informed that they had no taxis available at all throughout the remainder of the night. When I explained about the earlier conversation I was told that nobody in their company would say such a thing. I immediately hung up and contacted another firm who were there in 5mins

Capital punishment!Had the misfortune to rely on Capital cabs to take six of us into town for a charity walk at Cardiff Castle.I phoned Capital on the morning of the event and booked two taxis to take us into town, stressing the importance of arriving there before the start at 7.30pm. The helpful booking office suggested that to be on the safe side" I should book the cabs to arrive to collect us at 6.45pm.At 6.50pm I had a call from the booking office to say the cabs were going to be 12 minutes late "because of the traffic" You would assume that a taxi company would anticipate that Cardiff traffic gets busy and allow more time
