Apparently closing down - a few bargains left but not a good range. I was looking for boots but they no longer have much in sizes outside huge or tiny.

Disappointed to find that this shop is only selling clearance items. Will have to go to Keswick or shop online to possibly purchase what I want.

Bought a pair of Lowa Boots, tread only lasted 4months on constant use. Lowa didn't want to know neither did Cotswold. Great customer Service.....

Over-priced with very poor customer service. Staff are rather rude and dismissive of faulty goods. It took an email to the Chief Executive to move things on, but I'm still waiting for a replacement product.If you are looking for good outdoor gear I suggest you look at other stores.

Lovely helpful staff let down by very limited stock. Big fan of Cotswold Outdoor, however this store had a terrible selection of clothing. Non of the usual stuff - Fjallraven, Arcteryx etc. Shame really as I was up for a little post Xmas spending spree.

Generally high end gear at top prices. Not really suitable for Mr Average and most of the high end gear is not necessary for walks out in the lake District.
