Only positive to say is how they sorted me out for getting accommodation after the cube fire and needing new permanent housing. We had so many issues that never got resolved or took so much longer than usual to finally help with. Never informed us of the 1 month council tax you have to pay when you finish being a student. We moved our property to Campus Cribs at the end of last year from our previous lettings agent who completely mismanaged and neglected our house. Since moving to Campus, they have completely turned things around for us, having filled all rooms and turning it into a profitable venture again. The property required a significant amount of work due to the previous and they were really flexible in helping us manage the refurb and the costs, which were by far the most competitive around as well. They have been really on it with everything and come back to us very quickly, as well as offering creative solutions and advice for future direction. The personal touch and help they have given us has restored our faith in lettings agents and we look forward to a long relationship with them :DThank you guys!!

Avoid at all costs. I was given an absolute tip of a house to live in, which included a slug infestation. Assured that instead of remedying any issues, the estate agent would be happy to take the property back as I took it. They then proceeded to delay the deposit process to the very last day it was possible to respond, and claimed nearly half of the deposit for deep cleaning, against their word. I did not enjoy using campus cribs and I'm lucky that I'm moving out of the area so I never have to again.

Abdul, Laura, Ella and the team are excellent - have used CC since 2019 and they provide a very good service. Highly recommend.

Campus Cribs have now managed a student property on my behalf fo the last 4 years . A sucessful rental for both students and landlords depends upon good communication from both parties . Students would like their maintainance requests will be followed up quickly. Landlords who are interested in retaining their property in a good state of repair welcome these requests and follow up quickly.I have found Campus Cribs to be efficient. They keep in communicatioin with both parties. Staff are polite and helpful.Their accounting is good and receipts are provided on a regular basis. I particularly like that a named employee for each property gives feedback quickly when it is requested. Often this is the first opportunity for independent living outside halls of residence for many students and Campus Cribs gives written guidance and advice to support this transition.Overall I have found Campus Cribs to provide a good standard of professional service.

Well... where do I start. Firstly, communication is a disaster, they withhold information, they delay almost every process i.e maintenance, deposits, etc. Furthermore customer service is terrible. it took 7 weeks to return my deposit where I was constantly told it was being dealt with. A house mate I lived with still hasn't received his to date. I really recommend that you do not house with Campus Cribs as they deliver some of the worst services I have seen.

Awful people. Booked a viewing with them at Bradshawgate on 11/05/23, only for me few other persons to converge at the venue. We called earlier and they promised they were sending an agent but never did, we waited, and continued calling and they never answered our calls. Wasting people's time and resources.

Fantastic Team....from the top boss, Basit to Office support, Ella and everyone in between - esp Laura.....and least I forget...even past employees! Great people and great professional service! They have gone above and beyond on many occasions to support me as a new landlord. I will recommend them again and again!
