Playful Dragons Tai Chi & Qi Gong
Ive been studying martial arts for 46 years, Ive been involved in most of the arts finally settling into Yamaguchi Goju-Kai Karate in 1989, I worked through the grades and I'm now a 6th Dan and assistant Chief Instructor of England, Im also a fitness professional teaching Kickbox, aerobics and Pilates, I've always had an interest in the Chinese arts and have incorporated various Chi Gong exercises into my training, I wanted to take this a step further and study Tai Chi, I trawled the internet and found Playful Dragons, I called Keith and after a long conversation knew this was the man, because of my experience in the Arts already I wanted 1 to 1 tuition, Keith was able to do this at my home Dojo, I been training with Keith for around one year now, he's an excellent instructor with a open and friendly teaching manner, I feel ive come on leaps and bounds since training with Keith, the training has also enhanced my master forms which I train within my own style, anyone thinking of studying Tai Chi Keith would be the obvious choice.

Playful Dragons Tai Chi & Qi Gong
I can't recommend Playful Dragons enough. Keith is an extraordinary teacher with remarkable knowledge (having trained in China) who not only communicates brilliantly but also exudes warmth and kindness while doing so. I have been studying 5 Animals Qi-gong and have worked with Keith in one to one sessions, group classes and online and have loved every session. I can honestly say the impact of the classes were not only immediate but sustained. Fantastic.
