Rang the garage parts department three days ago waiting for someone to call me back. No call back.Phone on the Friday seven times just got a run around and still haven’t managed to speak to the parts department they kept on saying we’re going to find him.

Went to check a car without appointment there was a lady name Sarah Danks, she was amazing didn't even say anything about not booking the appointment gave her full attention to show me the car.She was simply amazing if all the dealerships have 1 Sarah customers will go there again and again.Thank you Sarah for making us feel very welcome.

Good service and patient in explaining how to use the car.

Excellent customer service took in a Rexton which had problems fixed early and before actual date that it was booked in as it was not possible to drive . Richard was extremely helpful went out of his way to help get the vehicle back on road as we are an equine veterinary practice need the 24 hours a day vehicle .Richard called to keep us updated was very hepful courteous understanding our needs .

Left us alone to look round the cars on our own. Answered any questions we had. No sales pressure. No sales patter. Took the car out that we wanted for a test drive on our own. Told us to drive where we wanted and take it where we wanted. Very polite staff can't fault the service. Chose the car Thursday picked it up two days latter. Nice to see that when we picked it up it wasn't covered in any nasty silicone spray. Not tried to disguise anything. Not buffed the paint to within an inch of its life. Easy process start to finish. Thumbs up to Gavin.

No expertise in dealing with a Subaru problem, huge waiting times and complete lack of communication a simple problem with my car has been going on for months! Messages for the manage to escalate are ignored or not passed on, awful after-sales service frankly.

Nice friendly woman on service desk. Kept asking if I'd like a drink which is good.car was serviced in roughly the time they said it would be. Car came back clean outside which also is a nice touch. Would have no problem recommending them.

Only visited to order and buy parts and the service was good and communication fine. But, the prices for Mitzibishi parts and vehicles is eye watering! 1 x headlamp: one thousand, two hundred pounds!! £1200.
